Refund Policy
1 - Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall
be made once the 48hr delivery window starts. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 7-10 business days.
2 - Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: " Cancellation Request" and sent to info@aakshitainternational.com
Mail shall contain following details:-
a. Order ID:
b. Cancellation Reason:
c. Refund Account Details:
3 - Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at info@aakshitainternational.com
4 - Refund shall be made under following conditions:
a. Order was cancelled.
b. Order was not delivered to the recipient.( This does not include the case for unfounded recipient )
c. If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true,
the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
5 - A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision
of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or
claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
6 - In case of Cancellation, 15% charge will be applicable.
7 - Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
8 - Any extra amount credited to Withemotins's account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
9 - In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund Withemotins shall have the deciding hand.
10 - Withemotinsmay amend its Cancellation And Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Changes to Terms
For same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by Withemotins before 6:30 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.
Currently Withemotinsdelivers within the Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Ranchi.
You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the order/product to be shipped.
Delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Political disruptions
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer the order will be delivered +60 or -60 minutes as per selected time.
It is also possible that Withemotins's partners have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery. In this case, the delivery may not be made on the estimated date.
Before major occasions, we suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance.
For perishable flowers, we attempt delivery of your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
- In case if the recipient is not available, he/she can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.
Delivery to Hospitals Policy
The Field Executive in our Withemotins Team are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient.
Withemotins will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Delivery to Hotels Policy
The gifting partners in our Withemotins network are experienced at making deliveries to hotels. However please be aware to make the following
information available:
- Hotel Name
- Full address of the hotel
- Room Number
- Telephone number of the hotel
- Name of Tour Company, if applicable
If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and no refund will be made in such cases.
Delivery to Wedding Halls/ Marriages Policy
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bridegroom. However,
we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the
recipient through our delivery confirmation SMS and mail.
Delivery to Hostels/ PG/ Cantonment/ Enclosed Premises
Our gifting partners are experienced at making deliveries to hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available:
- Name of Recipient and Sender
- Hostel Name
- Full address of the hostel
- Room Number
- Telephone number of the hostel
The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the
vendor. The order can be handed over to security/any other responsible person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be
assumed as executed.
Delivery delayed due to weather conditions, incorrect delivery address or act of terror shall not become a cause for a refund or replacement under
any circumstances.
